No more blizzards – Spring is in full swing. Cut-off for ratified contracts is 4/30/10 – April numbers should be excellent! Again – when we get down to 6 months of inventory, the pendulum swings to a Sellers’ market.
Still a GREAT time to buy – fabulous inventory to choose from, interests still at historically low rates, and prices are incredibly low.
