The market statistics just came out for December 2009. Average and Median prices are still going down for Berkeley and Jefferson Counties – but up in Morgan County. Number of days on market are better in Berkeley and Jefferson, but due to a lot of foreclosures priced so well they get multiple offers the first week out. Reminder that 6 months of inventory means we are entering into a Sellers market – not there yet, but down considerably from early this year.
