CRS, GRI, ABR, SRES - what does all that mean? Well, first and foremost, it means that Andrea believes that education is the key to success - the more knowledge she has, the better equipped she is to give clients the best customer service available. Only 3% of Realtors in the USA achieve the CRS designation and she's quite proud to be among the ranks. CRS stands for Certified Residential Specialist, GRI for Graduate of Realtor Institute, ABR is Accredited Buyer's Representative, and SRES for Seniors Real Estate Specialist. She also has an awesome traditional educational background with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a Masters degree in Human Behavior. She loves people, loves her job and thoroughly enjoys the variety of adventures being a Realtor! The rewards of all of this have paid off by being recognized as a "Top Producer" by the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors each year she's been a REALTOR®.
Andrea's newest designation is PSC - Property Staging Consultant! When she heard that 90% of homes that are staged sell in less than 30 days, she knew it was something she wanted to learn! Check out her staging website at www.HomeStagingWV.com!

"Jim and I have been married just 7 years and I could not be a successful Realtor without his love and support! We met in San Diego and moved to Martinsburg almost six years ago. Jim is originally from Philadelphia and I am originally from Montana, so this feels more like "home". We are enjoying the change of seasons and the change of pace very much! We love to play tourist and have enjoyed exploring West Virginia! We went river rafting for the first time and cannot wait to do it again. I enjoy attending plays and musicals and Jim politely joins me. We have many relatives on the East Coast and get together with family as often as possible. I am a member of Mainstreet Martinsburg and hope to be an intregal part of bringing the historic downtown district back to the life it deserves. I''m also a member of the Eastern Panhandle Home Builders Association and look forward to getting even more involved within the community. I took the "Leadership Berkeley" course through the Chamber of Commerce for an indepth study of our community, a wealth of knowledge, and a future of even more involvement! And, I just joined the Rotary!!! It's a good life!!!
